Product studio · Australia

Find out if your MVP has a market, then build and launch the ones that do.

A product studio co-founded by operators from Atlassian, SafetyCulture, and Immutable. We take founders from demand testing, to full build and design, to GTM launch. Whether you've shipped a vibe-coded MVP or want to test the idea before you build.

3 sprints, one team

Demand testing, product build, GTM launch. We take you across the whole journey, not just one step.

0 junior handoffs

You work with the co-founders directly. No agency middlemen, no offshore subcontractors.

The problem / 02

Three failure modes kill most early-stage products before they get a chance.

Why most vibe-coded MVPs fail to get traction.

  1. (01)

They get overbuilt before anyone confirms demand.

  2. (02)

They chase vague ideas without real user feedback.

  3. (03)

They take too long to reach a real market test.

Four disciplines, one studio.

Three sprints. Start with the Signal Sprint.

We recommend starting with the Signal Sprint. In a single two-week run it tests two things at once: whether the market actually wants what you've built, and how your message resonates when it hits real buyers. If you've already got strong conviction on both and want to skip straight to Build, talk to us.

Demand testing

Most popular entry

Signal Sprint

$6,500 USD flat

+ ad spend, typically $1,500 to $3,000.

2 weeks

  • Market research: total addressable market, competitor landscape, or greenfield signals if there's nothing like it in market
  • Existing traction in your problem space, signal of others trying to solve it
  • Search demand and organic intent: who's already looking for solutions like yours
  • Demand testing in where we believe your audience lives
  • A clear final call: build, pivot, or kill, backed by the data
  • Loom walkthrough and live readout
  • Contact us if you have multiple ideas to explore

02 · Process

p.

How a Signal Sprint runs.

The other two phases start with a scoping conversation. The Sprint is the productised entry point, so here's how it actually plays out.

  1. 01

    Book a 30-min intro call.

Pick a time. We walk through your MVP together, share how the Sprint runs, and decide if it's a fit for both of us. Free, no obligation.

  2. 02

    Send us the brief.

Short form: URL, who you think your user is, what you've tried, what would change your mind. We come to the call already prepped.

  3. 03

    You decide.

If it's a fit and you want to go ahead, we send the invoice. Once it's paid we kick off within 48 hours.

  4. 04

    We run the test.

2 weeks of real ads in front of real ICPs. Daily monitoring, mid-sprint Loom check-in. You don't lift a finger.

  5. 05

    Get the call.

Final readout: build, pivot, or kill. With the data, the winning message, and the next move. Live walkthrough, Loom, and a written report.

  6. 06

    Talk about the Build Sprint.

If signal is strong and we both want to keep going, we scope a build. If not, you keep everything and run with it. No pressure either way.

04 · Fit

f.

Not for everyone. By design.

The studio is right for you if

  • You've shipped an MVP (vibe-coded or otherwise) and have a URL
  • You want a real go/no-go answer, not a strategy deck
  • You'd rather know in 2 weeks than 6 months
  • You want one team that can take you from demand testing through to launch
  • You're okay with a kill recommendation if that's what the data says

Don't book if

  • Your idea is still on a napkin
  • You want fundraising help or investor intros
  • You need a long-term marketing retainer
  • You're at $1M+ ARR and your problem is growth, not validation
  • You already have a waitlist or active users and need help scaling

05 · FAQ

q.

Things you'll probably ask first.

What does real signal actually mean?

Real money spent putting your MVP in front of real people in your ICP, with a measure of whether they click, sign up, or wait-list. Plus optional panel data and search-volume analysis. We're measuring behaviour. Friends and family will tell you they love your idea. Strangers spending their own attention on it is the only test that counts.

Who runs the work?

Your co-founders, directly. Tania and Elizabeth bring 20+ years of senior operator experience at high-growth tech startups including Atlassian, SafetyCulture, Qwilr, Haast, and Immutable. Tania leads positioning, GTM, and the Sprint readout. Elizabeth leads product strategy and client-facing sessions. Our engineering co-founder will be announced shortly. No junior handoff, no offshore subcontractor.

What's the ad spend on top of the Sprint price?

A typical sprint runs $1,500 to $3,000 in pass-through ad spend, depending on channel and audience size. We recommend a number after we see your hypothesis. You can fund directly through your own ad accounts, or we run it through ours and bill at cost. No markup either way.

Why kill or build? Why not just generate leads?

Because the goal is making a decision about your product. A pile of waitlist signups doesn't help with that. Strong signal from the right ICP responding to the right message does. The Sprint is built to surface a decision.

Can I run a Sprint on an idea that isn't built yet?

Yes. That's the whole point of demand testing: you de-risk the decision before you build. If you don't have anything live, we'll spin up a simple landing page or prototype to test the message against your target ICP, then give you a clear read on whether to build, pivot, or kill the idea. Saves you months of building something nobody wants.

How is this different from a customer interview project?

Interviews tell you what people say. Ads tell you what people do. Both are useful, but at the validation stage, behavioural signal is what you need to bet months of your life on. The optional panel layer gives you the qualitative why, but the load-bearing wall is real money in front of real people.

Do I own everything you produce in a Sprint?

Yes. The ad creative, the panel data, the landing page, the report. All yours. We retain the right to mention publicly that we worked on it (tastefully, after you've launched, and only with your okay).
